Financial Services Guide 

What is an FSG? An FSG is a disclosure document provides information on the financial service provided that helps clients decide whether they should go ahead and seek advice from the financial planner. By law a FSG must be provided as soon as practicable after it becomes apparent that a financial service will be or is likely to be provided.

Clients must be provided with an FSG before any financial service is provided.

The purpose of this Financial Services Guide (FSG) is to provide you with key information about Insight Investment Services Pty Ltd and its authorised representatives who will provide you with the financial services offered in this FSG so that you can decide whether or not you want to use any of those financial services.

This FSG consists of 2 parts. This document is Part One and contains important information about:

  • the types of financial services offered by us and the kinds of financial and the products to which those services relate;
  • the advice process we will follow;
  • how we and our associates are paid;
  • any associations or relationships that could create potential conflicts of interests; and
  • our internal and external dispute resolution procedures and how you can access them.

Part Two of this FSG provides details of our authorised representatives (or advisers) who provide financial advice on behalf of Insight Investment Services.
